Pageport Overview

Get a complete overview of each of the key features in Pageport.

Home Page

The home page will show recent leads and their activity - page views, video views, page interactions, and meetings booked. You can use the options listed under "Recent activity" to sort and focus on specific types of engagement.

Leads

The Leads Table is a database of all of your leads and clients brought into Pageport. Use Filter to display only those leads that meet your specified conditions. You can also edit which data columns appear in the table using Columns. Click Upload CSV to bulk upload leads or New lead to manually enter one lead's information.

Using the checkmarks on the Lead Table, select a lead or multiple leads to access several quick actions: Delete, Assign owner, Assign video page, Add to list, Add to sequence, or Bulk update.

Clicking View lead takes you to a Lead's detail page, which contains all the lead's data and activity. From this page, you can easily see what sequences, workflows, or lists the lead is enrolled in and take quick actions, such as sending the lead a one-off email or SMS message.

Pipeline

The pipeline gives a visual view of how your leads are progressing. You can drag and drop lead cards across the board to update a lead's status. You can also filter which fields appear on the cards.

A few lead statuses are automated:

  • Leads that come in through a lead source like SmartAsset or SmartVestor are marked as "Prospect"

  • Marking the call disposition as connected moves a prospect to "Connected"

  • Leads who book a meeting and have a calendar event will be moved to "Meeting scheduled"

Tasks

Tasks can be created 1) from a sequence step, 2) from a workflow, or 3) manually on a lead's detail page. The tasks page lists all your tasks and offers 3 quick actions:

  • Make call - triggers a quick call

  • Complete task - pulls open a menu with more lead information where you can call the lead and leave notes

  • Skip task - removes the task without action taken

Use the options at the top of the page to toggle between different task views.

Video Pages

Click New video page to create a new page or Edit page to edit an existing page.

In the video editor, the Page layout editor on the left allows you to rearrange sections and add new sections. Once you click on a section, you can edit or delete the section content in the right-hand editor. Changes made are automatically saved for future leads, but click More > Apply to leads to save changes for anyone who already has the link.

Asset Library

The Asset library stores all your content, including Videos, Images, Page sections, Video scripts, and Email templates.

Lead Processors

If you have a lead source such as SmartAsset or SmartVestor, a lead processor helps automate the actions that occur when a new lead comes through. Click into a lead processor to assign a lead owner, starting video page, and sequence, as well as set up TapText or Quick call notifications when a new lead comes in.

Sequences

A Sequence is a collection of emails, texts, and call tasks that will be sent to a lead. Sequences are completely customizable; you can edit the content of your marketing outreach by clicking into a step, or you can edit the cadence of your sequence by clicking on the 3 dots on the right corner of a step to adjust when the communication is sent.

You can send your video page in an email by clicking the Play button, or insert a link using a merge tag when editing a text.

Workflows

Workflows allow you to set up more advanced automation. Click New workflow to start a new workflow, or click Edit workflow to edit an existing one. Once editing a workflow, you can add triggers (how leads enter a workflow), and what actions occur to the lead.

Email Blasts

Email blasts allow you to send an email to a group of leads. Write your email content, choose your recipients, and review everything before sending it. After an email blast is sent, click View blast to see your stats.

Lists

Anyone you upload via a CSV file will be in a list. You can also create lists to organize groups of contacts easily within Pageport.

Analytics

Analytics provides insights on lead metrics.

Settings

  • Account: set up your profile, integrate your email and calendar, and adjust your Pageport notifications.

  • Company: set up your company information, outreach schedules, branding, and custom domain.

  • Integrations: add phone numbers, get registered for Caller ID and texting campaigns, and adjust settings for any integrations you may have, such as your CRM.
