Sequences in Pageport allow you to automate follow-up with leads using emails, text messages, and phone calls. This article walks you through the basics of setting up a new sequence.
To start, login to pageport and navigate to Sequences
1. Click New sequence to create a new sequence
Name your sequence, then click View Sequence to begin editing it.
2. Click + Add step to add emails, texts, or tasks to the sequence

3. Click into the step to edit the body of your email/text, or to link a video page

4. Click the menu on a step (3 dots) to move the step, edit the timing of the step, or remove the step

5. Make sure to toggle the sequence to Active before adding leads to the sequence
