Overview of Tasks

An overview of the Tasks tab, including how to work the Task Table and manage individual tasks.

Whether making follow-up calls, sending texts, or completing general to-dos, tasks provide a clear structure for staying on top of your outreach. This guide will cover how tasks are created, how to manage them in the Tasks tab, and how to complete or skip tasks effectively.

To start, login to Pageport and navigate to Tasks.

Overview of the Leads Table

You can toggle between Incomplete, Upcoming, Completed, Skipped, or All tasks on the top menu above the Leads table. You can also use the Filter button to narrow down which tasks you view. To adjust which fields appear in your table, you can click Columns.

Completing a Task

To complete a task, click the Checkmark next to the task you'd like to complete. If you'd like to skip a task, click the Skip icon just to the right of the checkmark.

After clicking the Checkmark, a menu will pop up:

  • To complete a call task, click Quick call from the menu.

  • Select the Call disposition dropdown and choose No answer, Left voicemail, Busy, Connected, or Wrong number.

  • Write any notes from the call under Note content.

  • Select Remove from sequences? if you wish to mark the lead as finished in any active sequences.

Click Complete task to save your changes and finish your task.

You can view completed tasks and your notes by clicking on the task on the Lead's page.

Adding a One-off Task to a Lead

To add a task to a lead, click Add task on the lead's page.

To add a task to a lead, go to the lead's page and click Add task.

Title your task, add a description, select your task type, add a due date, and choose the assigned user. Then click Create task.

Fill out the information and click Create task
