Email blasts are a great way to connect with your audience, share updates, and promote your services. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps for creating and sending an email blast.
To start, log in to Pageport and navigate to Email blasts.
1. Click Create new blast to start an email blast.
To edit an existing email blast, click Edit blast.
2. Fill out your email information, then click Next step
Name your blast, choose the Send from email address, then write your email. If you have created an email template you want to use, you can select that template from the dropdown menu.
3. Select your list and filter your audience, then click Next step
Select the list you'd like to send the email blast from the dropdown menu. Read the article on Sending an Email Blast to a List for more information.
Once you've selected the list, you can further filter your audience using the Add filter button.
4. Review your email blast and click Send now
On this menu, you can preview the email, send a test email, and CC/BCC other emails. You can also click Save and exit if you want to come back later to make changes before sending.
To schedule an email blast for a later date and time, click the Schedule email blast button to the right of Send now.
