Lead Processors in Pageport help automate the way leads are captured, assigned, and followed up with. If you're purchasing leads from sources like SmartAsset, SmartVestor, or WiserAdvisor, setting up a processor ensures those leads flow into your system seamlessly.
Navigating to Lead Processors
To get started, click on the Lead Processors tab. If you've already created any processors, they’ll be listed here. To add a new one, click Add Processor.
You’ll see a list of popular lead sources. If your source isn’t listed, just reach out to our support team—we can help get it connected.
Forwarding Email Address
Each processor will generate a forwarding email address. Copy this address, then send it to your lead provider (SmartVestor coach, SmartAsset admin, WiserAdvisor contact, etc.) and ask them to forward your leads to that email. This is how Pageport captures and processes the lead data.
For SmartVestor Pros:
When setting up a processor for SmartVestor, you'll need to select the provider and enter your Territory Name. This name must match exactly how it appears in your new lead emails. This ensures the right leads are routed to the right processor.
Assigning Lead Owner, Video Pages, and Sequences
Once the forwarding address is set up, you'll assign:
A User (the lead owner)
A Video Page (which will include your intro video)
A Sequence (which controls the automated follow-up)
Every lead coming through this processor will follow the configuration you’ve set here.
Enabling CRM Upload
If your CRM is connected, you can check the Upload to CRM box. Then choose the appropriate CRM mapping so leads are synced over with the right tags, fields, and categories.

TapText Alerts
TapText lets you get notified instantly when a new lead comes in. Enter your cell phone number to receive alerts, and optionally pre-fill a custom text message to make it easy to send a quick manual text to your lead.

Quick Call Setup
Quick Call gives you the option to receive an automated phone call when a new lead arrives. The system will prompt you to press 1, and it will immediately dial the lead so you can follow up right away.
