Learn what a quick call is, how it can help you contact your leads quicker and easier, and how to turn it on in your lead processor.

Updated over 2 months ago

A Quick call is a feature within Pageport that can be set up in your lead processor. When activated, you will receive a call to your phone each time a new lead comes through from your lead source. When you pick up the phone, an automated message will read the lead's information, and then you can dial 1 to call the lead directly. Read the following guide for instructions on how to turn this feature on.

First, login to Pageport and navigate to Lead processors.

1. Click on your Lead Source

Click on your Lead Source

2. Check Quick call notification and fill out your information

Under Number to call from, select the phone number from which you want to call the lead. This number (or numbers) is set up during your onboarding under Settings > Phone numbers.

Under Number to call, input the phone number that you would like the system to call when a new lead comes in. Your cell phone or direct line usually works best.

Under Back up number, enter a backup phone number that the system will call if no one answers from the first number you entered under Number to call.

Under Calling schedule, select the schedule that you would like quick call notifications to come through. For example, if you set up your business hours, you can select this call schedule so that you avoid getting called outside your working hours.

When you're finished making changes, click Save process.
