How to Add Additional Videos to Your Sequence

Updated yesterday

If you're ready to expand your lead nurturing with more personalized videos, you can easily add additional videos to your sequence. Here's how to record or upload new videos and place them at the right points in your outreach.

Record or Upload New Videos in the Asset Library

Go to the Asset Library to record a new video or upload an existing one. Click Upload to add a file from your device, or use the Record option to capture a new message on the spot. After saving your video, give it a clear title that indicates where it fits in your sequence (e.g., "Second Video," "Follow-Up"). Repeat this step for as many follow-up videos as you'd like.

Duplicate and Customize Video Pages

Next, open the Video Pages section. Find the video page you're already using (such as your intro page), and click the three dots next to the edit page button, and click duplicate page. Do this for each additional video you want to add.

Open each duplicate, rename it (e.g., "Second Video"), and replace the video:

  • Click on the existing video

  • Choose Change Video in the editor

  • Select your newly recorded video

Repeat this step for each additional video page.

Add Video Pages to Your Sequence

Go to Sequences and click view sequence to open your active sequence. Select the email step where you want to insert the new video.

  • Click the GIF or video preview image

  • Under Linked Video Page, choose the correct page (e.g., "Second Video")

  • Click outside the dropdown to confirm the change

  • Click Save Message

Repeat this for any additional video pages in your sequence.

Assigning Video Pages for Text Steps

For SMS steps, video links appear as a simple URL (PagePort link). To make sure the correct page is used:

  • Add an Assign Template step before the text message

  • Choose the video page you want to use

  • Move the Assign Template step to just before your SMS step

This ensures that the right video is linked when your text message sends.

And that’s it! You now have a multi-step video sequence personalized to send your leads over time.
