You can select which video page is linked in your emails and texts when building or customizing a sequence. This ensures your leads receive the most relevant information and is especially helpful when including multiple video pages in a sequence. The following guide will show you how to assign a video page in a sequence.
To start, log in to Pageport and navigate to Sequences > View Sequence.
Method 1: Email Only Sequence
1. Click on the email to edit it
2. If you haven't already added a video page GIF, click the Play button
3. Click on the GIF and select your video page from the Linked video page dropdown
Click Save message when you're done making changes.
Method 2: Text and Email Sequence
1. Scroll to the bottom of your sequence and click + Add step
2. Click Assign template
3. Select your video page from the Video page to assign dropdown.
Set When to start this step : to 0 days, then click Save.
4. Drag and drop this step before your emails and texts
This will assign the video page to all texts and emails following this step until another Assign template step is added.
Note: When using this method, click into each email, click the GIF, and make sure that the linked video page GIF is set to: "Not set (use lead's default)."
