Adding a Phone Number in Pageport

This article will help you get set up with a new number for calling and texting in Pageport.

Pageport lets you create local numbers for texting and calling leads. Here’s how to get one set up.

Claiming a Number

Head to Settings then Phone Numbers, then search by city/state or area code to find a number.

Click View Numbers, then claim an available one. If popular area codes are full, try nearby alternatives.

Setting Up a Quick Call and Forwarding number

Once you claim a number, choose your Quick Call Number — this should be a direct phone number (not one that goes through a phone tree). Add a Forward Number so if a lead calls you back, the call goes to your office or cell.

Name the number for internal use (e.g. “Utah - Quick Call”) and click Save.

Managing Multiple Numbers

You can add multiple numbers if you work in different territories.
Just repeat the process for each location. Fewer numbers = simpler workflows.
