We're excited to share a step-by-step guide on integrating PagePort with Pipedrive. This integration allows you to streamline your existing workflow with PagePort.
Step 1: Accessing Integrations in PagePort
Navigate to the PagePort dashboard.
Click on "Settings" in the menu.
Click on the "Integrations" tab
Step 2: Configuring Pipedrive Integration
In the list of CRM integrations, locate Pipdrive and click "Configure."
Next, click on "Pipedrive Authentication."
Step 3: Authenticate with Pipedrive
"Continue to Authenticate."
This step will authenticate PagePort with Pipedrive.
Step 4: Verifying Pipedrive Data Fields
Switch over to Pipedrive.
Navigate to "Company Settings" and select "Data Fields."
You should now see a new field called "PagePort URL."
Step 5: Verify Pipedrive Custom Activity
In Pipedrive's "Company Settings," go to "Activities."
A custom activity named "PagePort Page View" should now be added.
Step 6: Testing the Integration
Go to the "Contacts" section in Pipedrive.
Create a new contact, for example, "Mickey Mouse," and save it.
Return to PagePort and go to "Leads" - Mickey should now be listed as a lead.
Mickey's contact in Pipedrive should have a "PagePort URL" associated with it.
To test further, open the PagePort URL in an incognito window to simulate Mickey viewing the page.
Check Mickey's contact in Pipedrive to see the "PagePort Page View" activity.
