If you're handing off call responsibilities to a teammate or updating your office number, you'll want to update the Quick Call forwarding number in Pageport. There are two places to make this change, depending on the situation.
Update in Lead Processors (for Incoming Lead Notifications)
Go to your Lead Processors and open a processor where Quick Call is active.
In the bottom right, you’ll see Quick Call settings. Here, you can update:
Number to call (who should receive the first call when a new lead comes in)
Backup number (optional)
Update these fields as needed and click Save Process. Future calls from new leads will go to the new number.
Update in Settings > Phone Numbers (for Follow-Up or Outbound Calls)
Go to Settings and open the Phone Numbers section.
There are two important numbers here:
Quick Call Number: Used for outbound calls or follow-ups triggered within Pageport.
Forwarding Number: Used when a lead calls back your Twilio number—this number will ring.
To update either, simply enter the new number and click Update.
This ensures that calls route correctly based on the context: initial inbound leads, follow-ups, or callbacks.
Note: Updating the Quick Call number in this section only affects outbound calls initiated from within Pageport. If you also want to change the number that receives initial calls when new leads come in, you’ll need to update it separately in the Lead Processor settings.
