Need to send a quick email to a single lead without setting up a full sequence? Here’s how to send a one-off email directly from your leads table.
Start from the Leads Table
Find the lead you want to email and click View Lead to open their details page.
At the top left, just under their name and contact information, click the Send Email button.
Use a Template or Start Fresh
If you have email templates saved, you can select one from the dropdown. This will automatically populate the email with your video page and any merge tags (like the lead's name).
Prefer to write your own message? Simply type it in like a normal email. You can customize the subject line, body, and even add a CC if you want a teammate to receive a copy.
Once you're happy with the message, click Send Email. That's it!
