Accessing Your Integration Settings
Start by going to your Settings in Pageport, then click on the Email & Calendar tab. Select Continue with Microsoft Exchange to get started.
Logging In with Your Credentials
A login window will appear asking for your email address and password. For most users, entering these details and clicking Next is enough to complete the connection.
Exchange Credentials
Some setups—depending on your broker-dealer, RIA, or IT provider—may require advanced configuration.You may need to provide an exchange host and username. If you don't know them, reach out to your firms tech team and they should be able to get them for you.
Note for Osaic users:
Your email may appear to connect successfully, but emails won’t send until you approve Pageport as a new device. To do this, log into your SMARSH Device Manager Portal and approve the Pageport connection. Skipping this step will prevent emails from sending even if the integration looks active.
