Pageport provides customizable notifications to help you stay on top of your tasks and client engagement. These settings can be adjusted from your Settings tab under the Account section by clicking into Notifications.
Daily Task Reminder
This sends a daily email listing the tasks you have due that day. If you have multiple tasks due, you’ll receive a summary in the morning so nothing slips through the cracks.
Page View Notification
Whenever a lead or client views their video page, you’ll receive an email notification. These are sent to the lead owner by default, but you can also choose to notify additional team members for better coordination on follow-ups.
Task Assignment Notification
This email goes out as soon as a new task is assigned to you. It’s helpful for getting a heads-up before the task is actually due.
