While Pageport automatically syncs new leads to your CRM if your integration is set up, there may be times when you want to manually upload or trigger a sync for existing leads. Pageport offers two main ways to do this: directly from a lead’s profile or through an automated workflow.

Syncing from the Lead Profile
To manually push a contact to your CRM, go to the Leads table and open the lead’s details page. Above their name, you’ll see a CRM icon (such as Wealthbox or Redtail). If it’s grayed out, that means the contact hasn’t been synced yet. Click the icon, select the integration mapping you want to use, and hit “Sync to CRM.” Once synced, the icon will turn blue to confirm the connection.

Syncing Through a Workflow
You can also automate CRM uploads using workflows. In the Workflows tab, start by creating a new workflow and selecting a trigger—such as adding a specific tag like “New Client.” Then, add the action “Upload to CRM” and choose either a custom mapping or a pre-configured integration from your Pageport settings. Once saved, this workflow will automatically sync any lead that meets the trigger conditions to your CRM.
