Pageport gives you the option to send emails using a custom “from” and “reply-to” address. This is especially helpful if your connected email is through a brokerage like LPL or Osaic, but you’d prefer your leads to see a DBA-branded address when sending emails or receiving replies to them.
Accessing the Email Settings
To begin, navigate to your Pageport settings and select Email and calendar. Once your email is connected, you’ll see options to disconnect, re-authenticate, or access advanced settings. Click the settings icon to open the section where you can manage your custom email preferences.
Entering Custom Email Addresses
Inside the email integration settings, you’ll see fields for setting a custom “From” address and “Reply-To” address. Enter the email you want leads to see when messages are sent and the address you want replies directed to. In most cases, this will be your branded DBA email that aligns with your brokerage affiliation.
Finalizing and Saving
Once you’ve filled out the fields with your preferred email and display name, click Save settings. After saving, all outbound emails will display the custom branding you've set, and any replies from leads will be directed to the “reply-to” address you entered.
