Making Calls in Pageport
If your Pageport account is set up with a phone number, you can easily make outbound calls to leads directly from the platform. There are several areas in Pageport where you can initiate calls depending on how you're working.
Calling from Tasks
The most common way to place a call is through the Tasks tab. When you're viewing your list of tasks, every call task will have a phone icon next to it. Clicking that icon will bring up a call card. At the top of the card, you’ll see a Quick Call button. When you click it, Pageport will call your phone and the lead’s phone at the same time. Make sure to answer promptly—once you pick up, the lead will already be receiving the call, and you’ll be connected automatically.
Calling from the Lead Details page
You can also make a call from within an individual lead's Details Page. Navigate to the Leads tab and click "View Lead" next to the lead you want to call. At the top left of the profile, just above the lead’s information, you’ll see a Quick Call phone icon. Once confirmed, the system will begin dialing both you and the lead, just like it does from the Tasks tab.
Calling from the Pipeline View
Another place to make calls is from your Pipeline view. Each lead card in your pipeline includes a Quick Call button to the right of the lead's name. Clicking it allows you to initiate a call directly from that screen. The process is the same. The system will dial both your phone and the lead’s so you can connect immediately.
Note: Calls made from Pageport use a dual-ring system—your phone and the leads phone will begin to ring at the same time. When they pick up, you're instantly connected. This method ensures your calls are fast, logged, and fully integrated with your workflow.
