Pageport offers built-in SMS archiving to help you stay compliant and keep clear records of all text message activity. Whether you're texting clients directly or through campaigns, your messages can be archived automatically and sent to you or your compliance team on a regular basis.
Setting Up SMS Archive Emails
To configure your SMS archiving, go to Settings > General. Under the Frequency of SMS archive email dropdown, select whether to receive your archive report weekly or monthly. You can also specify to what email the report should be sent. Hit save to start receiving the reports automatically.
Requesting a Full Archive
If you need a full archive outside of the scheduled reports, you can generate one manually. Go to your Phone numbers in Settings, then click Email Full Texting Archive. From there, select a date range (weekly, monthly, or all-time), enter the email address you want the report sent to, and click Send. The full archive will be delivered to your inbox with all SMS activity from the selected time frame.
