The following article takes you step-by-step on how to easily activate or deactivate a sequence at any time to manage whether or not communication is sent to leads who are enrolled in it.
To start, login to Pageport and navigate to Sequences.
The status of a sequence can be viewed from the sequence menu.
If the sequence is turned off, the status will say inactive. If the sequence is turned on, the status will say active.
Click the 3 dots next to the sequence, then click Activate or Deactivate.
You can also activate or deactivate a sequence while editing a sequence via the toggle.
