Tracking meetings in Pageport enables leads to exit sequences automatically when meetings are scheduled and facilitates useful automation, such as meeting reminder workflows. When a lead books a meeting in Calendly, Pageport recognizes the meeting based on a calendar event with yours and the lead's email listed under invitees. If not already enabled, you must adjust your Calendly settings to ensure this Pageport feature functions properly. The following guide will show you how.
To start, login to Calendly.
1. Click the cog wheel next to the event type
2. Click Edit from the drop-down menu
3. Click Notifications and workflows
4. Click the 3 dots next to Email confirmation, then click Edit
If you see Calendar Invitation, your settings are configured correctly.
5. Click Switch to calendar invitation
6. You should now see "Calendar invitation" at the top
Click Save and close to save your changes.
