Setup Lead Email Forwarding

Learn how to set up lead email forwarding by copying your unique Pageport inbox and requesting your lead source to forward new leads to it.

Setting up lead email forwarding ensures that new leads from your lead source automatically reach your Pageport account. To do this, copy your designated email inbox address from Pageport and give it to your contact at the lead source company, requesting that all incoming leads be forwarded to that email. This guide will walk you through the process to ensure a smooth setup.

To start, log in to Pageport and navigate to Lead processors

1. Click on your lead source.

2. Use the copy button to copy your Forwarding email address.

3. Email the contact at your lead source.

Email the contact responsible for sending your leads (admin, coach, account manager) and ask them to forward your leads to the additional Pageport email inbox.

Here is an email template you can use:
