The Lead Details page offers a centralized view of everything tied to a specific lead. From contact information and activity history (such as page views and messages) to their sequence enrollment, this page lets you quickly access key insights and take direct actions—like sending one-off emails or texts—all in one place.
To start, login to Pageport and navigate to Leads > View leads.
Lead Information and Quick Actions
On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll find the lead’s contact information, including their name, email, and phone number. Just below that, you’ll see a few quick-action options, such as sending a one-off message or adding the lead to a sequence. You can also update key Pageport fields from this section—including Tags, Lead Status, Lead Source, and Lead Type. If you’ve set up any custom fields in your Pageport settings, you’ll find those fields available for updating as well.
Activity Timeline
The center of the Lead Details page is where you’ll find the lead activity. This area tracks all touchpoints with the lead, including messages you’ve sent, sequences they’ve been enrolled in, and any meetings they’ve booked. It also logs their interactions with your content—for example, if they clicked into your video page.
Adding Tasks and Notes
You can add a one-off task by clicking Add Task, then entering a title, description, task type, and due date. This is helpful for tracking next steps or assigning reminders to yourself or your team. You can also leave notes for the lead.
Sequence, Workflow, and Meeting History
On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll find information about the lead’s enrollment history in any sequences, workflows, or lists, and a log of past or upcoming meetings they’ve booked through your synced calendar.
