Integrating with Microsoft Exchange Server


Step 1: Log in to Pageport

  1. Open Pageport and log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click on Email under the Settings menu.


Step 2: Start the Email Reconnection Process

  • Look for a button or pill icon that says either:

    • Continue with Microsoft Exchange, or

    • Re-authenticate (if you've connected your email previously).
      Both options will direct you to the same setup page.


Step 3: Navigate to the login

  1. On the setup page, click Continue with MS Exchange.

  2. You’ll see two fields initially, but you need to do the following:

    • Check the box for using a different Exchange username.

    • Expand the advanced settings for Exchange Host.


Step 4: Enter Your Exchange Details

  1. Email Address

    • Enter your email address. For example, if you have a DBA, it might look like this:
      [email protected].

  2. Exchange Username

    • Use your LPL email format, which typically looks like this:
      [email protected].
      The "web" portion of the email is critical for connecting successfully.

  3. Exchange Host

    • Enter: web.lpl.com.

  4. Password

    • Enter the password associated with your email.

  5. Port

    • Enter: 443.


Step 5: Finalize the Connection

  1. Once all the fields are filled out correctly, click Next.

  2. Pageport will attempt to connect your email. If all details are accurate, your email should reconnect successfully, and you will be redirected back to Pageport.
